In other food news, in addition to last night's chile verde, I made lime jello. I haven't made jello in years. No, seriously, I think I was still in high school. I imagine I put some sort of fruit in it back then, but currently I am a purist.
At any rate, I find myself completely charmed by the way it delicately jiggles everytime I open the refrigerator door.
It tastes yummy, too.
